Prior to establishing Infinitely People (2003) Darrell worked as a Strategic Human Resource Consultant for Qtab, a strategic human resource consultancy in the United Kingdom and as a consulting Organisational Psychologist for Stephen Renecle and Associates, a niche Business Psychologist Consultancy in South Africa.
Darrell has worked internationally (in a variety of capacities) with numerous public and private, academic and commercial organisations on diverse matters related to people in the workplace. Darrell has extensive experience in advising senior management on the design, implementation and evaluation of diverse strategic Human Resource processes and systems. His areas of speciality include: the assessment and development of human potential where he has focussed extensively on the assessment of management ability and potential of senior (executive level) individuals. He has been involved in many structural and cultural strategic projects including the development and alignment of talent management approaches and recruitment and retention strategies to drive business results.
Darrell has been actively involved with coaching, advising and assisting senior executives enhance their leadership and consequently both the satisfaction and motivation of their staff members while at the same time focussing on improvement with respect to performance, productivity and profitability. He has 25 years’ experience as both an advisor and facilitator, at various levels within organisations. He has been actively involved in the development and delivery of bespoke development interventions which seek to enhance the capability of people to deliver.
Darrell’s clients over the last 20 years have included clients from a broad range of sectors including; the financial services, manufacturing, academic, arts and media, technology, retail, restaurant and hospitality sector and the consulting sector.
